Their customer service is really lacking, and the products just don’t hold up. They won’t honor their warranty either. I reached out about my item that’s just past a year old, but they said it’s an Amazon issue. I got their chargers directly from Poweradd, not through Amazon. They’ve been banned from selling on Amazon too.

Such a disappointing product.

On July 3, 2022, I bought two portable battery chargers with a capacity of 3000 mAh. When I tried them out, one worked fine, but the other had an issue with one of the mini USB connectors for charging. I reached out to Power/Add to explain the situation. Their initial reply was to send me a video demonstrating the problem. I shot back an email saying that when I buy stuff on other sites like Amazon, they don’t ask for videos. They responded by saying that if I got these batteries from Amazon, I should contact them instead. I never claimed I bought them from Amazon; I just pointed out that I don’t need to make a video for items purchased elsewhere. It felt like they were twisting my words to avoid sending me a replacement for the faulty charger. I'm really let down by Power/Add. They haven’t honored the warranty they advertise. I’ve given them plenty of time, from July to now in September, to make things right. If anyone asks me about Power/Add, I’ll have to share my not-so-great experience with them.

I used to grab Poweradd portable phone chargers from Amazon, but getting them straight from the source was a breeze. So far, everything's been great with the two products I got. I've always had a solid experience with these chargers.

I really wish I had received my tracking details earlier.

Power Add hasn't yet added the M1 chip cables for the iPad Pro max 12.9”. What’s the hold-up?
